Chief Information Security Officer

SberBank nowadays is one of the top 5 largest employers in Russia and has around 210,000 employees. We are looking for a Chief Information Security Officer in our team.

Responsibilities:

·       management of investigations, incidents and exceptions to address Information and Cyber Security matters

·       maintenance of necessary documentation related to Internal/External/Regulatory audits/reviews

·       incident management and coordination to closure by taking end to end ownership

·       exercise & maintenance (E&M) of BCP plans – making sure that all planning components are in line with the BR DR Risk Management Policy and EBCRP requirements

·       providing necessary guidance and consultation to Business, Operations and Technology teams to ensure there are no gaps around Controls implementation.

Requirements:

·       degree in business administration or a technology-related field

·       minimum of 5 years of experience working within the Information Security & Cyber security field, including risk management, systems audit or internal controls

·       preferable any one or more certifications – CISA / CISSP / CISM / ISO 27001 LA

·       awareness of the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India regulating Information Security & Cyber security in Indian banks.
