IT Manager (FlexCube Support)

Our users are legal entities, entrepreneurs and individuals, who make mutual settlements with each other.

Responsibilities:

• File support requests and service requests for modification of systems and processes
• Update and expand the existing Atlassian Confluence CBS knowledge base
• Document detected issues and business requirements
• Coordinate with the Head Office for support, service, finance, new process and project management
• Capture FlexCube screen performance problems on screen or in batch
• FlexCube Production support/UAT Support
• Develop site-specific customization
• Develop customized report queries as per client requirement
• FlexCube client interaction/customer engagement calls on a weekly basis
• Status reporting on defects

Requirements:

• At least four years of experience in heading an IT section of an organization or working as part of an IT support team
• SQL, Java script, Oracle 10G,11g, 12c
• Ability to attend to detail and respond swiftly to work demand
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify and resolve issues regarding IT in a timely manner
• Proficiency in management of people and team development
• Ability to keep up to date on IT
• Proficiency in gathering and analyzing information from different sources
• Passion for IT technology and process automations
• Certifications or Degree in IT and System Technology or its equivalent will be a plus
