Senior Product Development Manager (retail payment solutions)

The team of Sberbank Branch in India looks for a Senior Product Development Manager (retail payment solutions) for retail product development, working out a payment landscape between India and Russia, and cross-border settlements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search for technology partners, organize and conduct meetings.
• Organize the technology solution development process and output.
• Responsible for negotiations with potential partners and suppliers of settlement solutions.
• Plan and schedule meetings with potential partners that provide financial technologies and payment solutions.
• Participate in conferences and exhibitions in the field of payment solutions.
• Responsible for coordinating contractual documentation with partners and prospects.
• Help roll out payment solutions.
• Deploy products for individuals in terms of planning and process coordination.
• Interact with internal bank teams (lawyers, compliance, taxes etc.).
• Monitor updates in payment-related regulations.

Requirements:

• University education
• Responsible and result-oriented
• 2+ years experience in online retail payments
• Deep knowledge and in-depth understanding of legal regulations governing payments
• Experience in rolling out retail payment solutions (cards / e-wallets / QR payment, etc.)
• Business contacts in technology companies and payment solution providers will be a plus
• Experience working in India
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
