Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily support for large clients on operational and legal issues - updating and accepting constituent documents, extending the authority of the card of sample signatures (consultation on how to fill out and finalize the documents).
• Accompany and collect documents for opening and closing accounts, address questions about the execution, search, return, and status of foreign currency payments, issuing and servicing corporate and customs cards, collecting documents for annual dossier update.
• Help set up, connect, and navigate the online bank, participate in the department’s testing programs
• Interact with related departments: customer service, operations, legal

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance
• 5+ years of experience in SNRR
• Experience working in India in international banks is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and other bank departments
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues effectively
• Experience working in India
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
