Create Domestic Payment
Step 1:
Upon login, you will be able to see your Home page.
To create payment, please choose one of the following options below.
One way to create payment is to click on account on the Home page, then click “Create Payment” in the “Actions” section.
Another way to create payment is to click “New Payment” button which is at the left side of the screen.
Step 2:
After initiating payment, you will see the two options - “Domestic Payment” (To another Indian Bank) and “Internal Payment” (Within SBER Bank). To create Domestic Payment, please click “Domestic Payment”.
Step 3:
To make payment, please enter Beneficiary Name, Account Number, Bank Details, Transfer Amount, fill the narration and click “Submit”.
If you click “Cancel”, then a pop up will appear saying “Are you sure you want to Leave this page? Changes you made will not be saved”.
Step 4:
After clicking “Submit”, the confirmation page below will appear. To make payment, please check all fields and click “Create Transaction”. In case of mistakes, click “Back to edit”.
Step 5:
To authorize payment, please enter the six-digit OTP sent to your registered Mobile number and click “Authorise Payment”.
Note: In case of not receiving the six digit OTP, please click “Resend SMS Code” below.
Step 6:
After authorisation, the screen below will display a message saying “Payment Processing”.
The status of each payment will be displayed in the “Transactions” section.
Note:
1. There are transaction limits during working hours (10:00 to 18:00):
· Minimum Outward Transfer Limit – INR 1.00
· Maximum Outward Transfer Limit – Per transaction INR 5,00,000/- remittances within India and maximum 5 transactions in day
· Minimum Inward Transfer Limit – INR 1.00
2. There are transaction limits during non-working hours (18:00 to 10:00):
· Minimum Outward Transfer Limit – INR 1.00
· Maximum Outward Transfer Limit – Per transaction INR 50,000/- remittances within India and maximum 5 transactions in day
· Minimum Inward Transfer Limit – INR 1.00
If you overlimit, your transaction will be rejected. For more information about limits please contact your Relationship Manager.
