1. User Manual for Internet Banking First Time Login
Step 1:
The URL for the Internet Banking login is: https://online.sberbank.co.in/
Step 2:
To log in, please follow nonce URL received via email, enter login ID received via email and temporary password received on the registered Mobile number and click “Continue”.
Note: In case of making mistake while inputting temporary password, you will be required to fill in CAPTCHA to continue.
Step 3:
To change the temporary password to a permanent one, please create a new password and confirm it by re-entering. After this, click “Continue”.
Note: Password should consist of minimum eight characters, have at least one alpha in caps, one number and one special character and should not contain space.
Step 4:
To change password, please enter the six digit OTP received on the registered Mobile number and click “Continue”. A message stating “Password changed Successfully” will appear on the screen.
Note: In case of not receiving the six digit OTP, please try to login again.
Step 5:
Hereinafter, enter the login id and a new permanent password and click “Continue”.
Step 6:
Upon login, you will be able to see your Home page.

To change password, please notify your Relationship Manager via phone/email that you forgot the password or your user account is locked.
Step 2:
To log in, please follow Internet Banking link, enter login id and temporary password received on the registered Mobile number and click “Continue”.
Note: In case of making mistake while inputting temporary password, you will be required to fill in CAPTCHA to continue.
Step 3:
