User Role Model
There are 4 types of roles in Internet Banking: Owner (Maker and Authorizer), Maker, Authorizer, Viewer.
The role is assigned based on Application Form that Customer fills while applying for Internet Banking.
Each role has unique set of permissions and rules.
1. Owner (Maker and Authorizer)
Owner has access to the all functionalities in Internet Banking and has all permissions. User can make all possible actions.
2. Maker
Maker is user with rights to carry out limited set of operations during Internet banking session.
Maker can:
- create the payment
- make any changes in created payments before being authorized by Owner or Authorizer
- generate and download statements
Maker cannot:
- authorize anyone’s payment
3. Authorizer
Authorizer is a user with permissions to approve payments during Internet banking session.
Authorizer can:
- reject payment before its authorization
- authorize the payment using OTP
- generate and download statements
Authorizer cannot:
- create payments
4. Viewer
Viewer is able to see all required information in Internet Banking.
Viewer can:
- see all information on Home page
- open Accounts and payments page, get all information about transactions, switch between accounts
- switch between tabs History and Authorize payments
- generate and download statements
Viewer cannot:
- create payments
- authorize payments
